PAINTER/FINISHER

We are looking for finishers who can consistently achieve automotive quality finishes on a variety of surfaces while working under excitingly short deadlines.
 
MOLDING/CASTING

We are looking for individuals who can make a lasting impression in our casting department: mold making (mold boxes, mother molds, two-part molds, cut molds, RTV silicone molds), urethane pressure casting and rotocasting, color matching resin and calculating durometer.
 
 
OVERALL JOB REQUIREMENTS

Able to lift 50 pounds with ease.
Valid driver’s license.
Able to pass a drug test.
Able to read and understand job tickets and project drawings.
Ability to work independently.
Able to color match paints and resins.
Familiarity with some basic carpentry, and the shop tools and materials used in our processes.
A personality that thrives on new challenges, finding solutions and overcoming obstacles.
Stamina for reaching demanding deadlines.
Flexibility when it comes to unexpected overtime.
Sufficient humility to own personal mistakes.
The belief that there is always room to improve one’s work.
